this week for art we are doing calendar art if you don't know what calendar is you draw a picture and put lines in the background and it can't be to detailed otherwise it won't work. You colour in the background with pastel's it can be any type of colour but our class choose pastels. some Technics that we used are stippling, blending, scumbling and sgraffito. mybe your school could try calendar art one day here is a video of a Technic.
