Writing procedure
This week for writing we had to write a procedure about how to wash your hands, and I wrote an experiment.
Here is my writing procedure about how to wash your hands.
How to wash your hands.
I'm going to teach you how to wash your hands, and eliminate all the germs on your hands.
Step 1: Rinse your hands in water.
Step 2: Apply some soap in your hand/do not put in mouth.
Step 3 Rub your palms together.
Step 4: Rub the back of your hands together.
Step 5: Clamp your fingers together then rub then together.
Step 6: turn the tap on, make sure the water is not to hot, then apply water to your hands for about 10 seconds.
Step 7: dry your hands with a dry cloth.
when you finish washing your hands you will have germ free hands.
An experiment for your kids.
The ingredients
This is an experiment to give your kids an Idea of all the germs on your hands.
Water in a bowl.

Pepper.
|
Dish washing soap.
|
Pick up the pepper then Crack the pepper into a bowl of water.
Dip your finger into a the bowl of water and pepper
Imagine the pepper is germs, the pepper will stick to your finger and you will have germs on your finger.
- Get all of the pepper of your finger
- Then put soap on your finger, then dip your finger in the bowl of water and pepper then there will be no pepper on your fingers.
- Dry your hands with a dry cloth.
